A Bronze Age offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Processing and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
